The material is polyester or similar synthetic fabric, which is more durable than OEM rubber seat covers. This indicates that it will be durable and waterproof. This is an OEM product supplied by a Kawasaki dealer. The price was the same as listed on the Kawasaki website. My local dealer didn't have it in stock so I ordered online.
