The eco-friendly Repreve UnderZero Scarf really is as soft as it says it is! I've never owned real cashmere so can't compare it to that, but I guess it's really soft as it usually comes at a high price. However, this scarf is the softest piece of fabric I've ever had! Even my husband wanted to steal it! Not only is this scarf incredibly soft, it's also huge! I'm 5ft 2in and this scarf is like a blanket for me. It can literally be used as a unit: if you ever find yourself waiting for someone by the side of the road on a cold night, you can literally wrap this scarf around you like a real blanket for extra warmth! The only downside I can find about this amazing scarf is that it does not match the description in the photo. I chose yellow as I have a bright yellow coat, but this scarf was more of a mustard yellow with hints of green. It's not the prettiest color, but I can't take a star off for that because the insane softness and the fact that it's vegan and eco-friendly just tops it all. I was shocked to learn that this scarf is partially made from recycled plastic bottles! It's amazing. I decided to compare this scarf to my other regular winter scarves and learn something valuable. You can get by just fine with a regular scarf, or you can be in heaven with a very soft skin scarf. It's all about what you are willing to accept and I realized that I want to leave happy and happy, to enjoy every moment my skin touches the scarf, not just endure. I will definitely order more colors from this brand and hope other colors are better than this one. To recommend this would be an understatement, you should check it out! 5 stars across the board!
