BUYER WARNING This may qualify as remanufactured out of the box. The plastic rivets on the backplate were removed and remade to hold the backplate in place, but it wasn't enough to press the contact plate against the contact pins and get a decent response. Strangely, they don't have to have tested it for a repair order. Once installed, you couldn't move up or down with the round pad, and it could get crazy in games. I took it apart and saw that one of the contact pins had snapped completely to the other side and had shorted itself out. I could bend it and make it semi-functional, but I had already bought another replacement from another company to make a solid replacement. Gave them a second run just for the hassle free refund. They should know they are sending crap if they refund my money no question.
