We have utilized it for over a decade working with its predecessor UNICODE systems. It has served us well over those years with our many customers and continues to do so today. The system works very well for me personally, however my colleagues were trained using other DOS text editors (such as notepad). It serves my needs of quickly entering data into various documents without losing any formatting and with minimal keystrokes. Very robust software solution. I highly recommend when using standard applications such as Word or Excel that the formatting be maintained. The best part about this service is that if you're not happy with their work they will make sure to fix it for you. I've used them over three times now and each time they've done a great job at fixing my issues. Not much. They have been helpful every time. I have had two instances where we needed new hardware added to our system and they got it done quickly!
