very easy plug and play; Zoom and other video programs immediately recognized this as "USB Camera", which is available as an option in the video settings. The adjustable built-in ring light is great and sufficient. While the wide-angle view works well, I wish there was a zoom/focus function (although that's questionable at this price point). Two small issues - and possibly due to my setup. The cord is too long (and stiff) and clutters my workspace. Second, the mechanism holding it in place feels flimsy when used on a laptop. It works well on monitors with thicker bezels, but if you're not using the touchscreen while in-camera, that's not a problem. I wish there was a more convenient way to connect to laptop screens.
