I got this card in the mail today and immediately tested it with my Sony Tough 299MB/s card and it was just as fast. I shot 85 compressed RAW images consecutively on both cards and then measured the time it took after shooting 85 images for the cards to buffer. Both maps were exactly the same and lasted about 25.4 seconds. It's huge - my Sony Tough card was my fastest card, was so important when shooting with the A7RIV because of the huge file sizes. So either this card writes faster than advertised, or the Sony Tough series writes slower than advertised. Either way, this map is a game changer. Amazing value for money. I'm definitely keeping it in slot 1 in my A7RIV. Sony estimates that 4,125 compressed 62-megapixel RAW files can be recorded on this card. At some point I will probably buy another one and double the capacity of my camera to 8,250 images.
