Strong metal, easy clean nonstick
I'm happy with this pan. It exactly fits inside my Ambiano brand 6-quart electric pressure cooker/multi-cooker. I was surprised at how high quality the metal is. It's very solid thick metal. It has a nonstick coating which made it easy to release the cake. Note that I still put baker's spray inside it before pouring the batter in. It was very easy to clean with just a sponge.
