Review on Brow Power Universal Pencil by Dawn Sherman

The product itself works great BUT I've bought it twice and both times the pen fell out of the slot the same day I opened the package. The first time I thought it was a fluke, I was able to keep putting the pencil in the slot to take full advantage of it. This morning I opened up my brand new pencil and BAM fell straight out of the slot straight into the sink drain! Over him. After returning the packaging and empty container to Revain, I emailed It Cosmetics to complain. Ridiculous for a $24 product! If drugstore brands can keep their pins in the slot, why can't It Cosmetics?!
