Wasted money on cosmetics

I purchased this product in March. However, I've only used it 6 or 7 times due to switching products. I used it 2 days ago. Unfortunately for me, above the sink in the bathroom. The entire length of the product fell out of the tube and yes it went down the drain. I didn't lengthen it too much. I know it might break It just fell out. If this product is made like this I will never buy it again.

Great pencil that falls out of the box every time!

The product itself works great BUT I've bought it twice and both times the pen fell out of the slot the same day I opened the package. The first time I thought it was a fluke, I was able to keep putting the pencil in the slot to take full advantage of it. This morning I opened up my brand new pencil and BAM fell straight out of the slot straight into the sink drain! Over him. After returning the packaging and empty container to Revain, I emailed It Cosmetics to complain. Ridiculous for a $24…

Great product from a great company

I started using this product after chemo got rid of my eyebrows. I received a full size product along with some other beauty products donated to the American Cancer Society for their Look Good, Feel Better course, which teaches cancer patients how to care for their skin and apply makeup. It works great, you can control the darkness of your brows, how hard you press and there is a brush on the other end to help shape your brows. Short working length

I received this as a gift from the American Cancer Society when I had cancer 7 years ago. Needless to say I kinda lost my eyebrows and for my life. No matter what pencil I cut, I couldn't bring myself to work. I tried it right there, at a demonstration teaching us how to take care of our looks, and voila. It was magical. The best eyebrow product I have ever used!

My eyebrows are very thin, but my eyebrow hairs are very dark. As a blonde, it was difficult for me to keep my eyebrows looking natural.
