With some bokeh this fabric will look great.
The illuminated areas of the image are somewhat misleading. The stuff doesn't look like it, but with a good lens and some bokeh (like at 200mm f2.8) the stuff looks really good. You'll also need a remote flash from the camera behind you, aimed at the background.
