The customer service is great! They are always willing to help you with anything that comes up in your account or project management software. Their support team has been very helpful over many years of working together through different accounts since they have moved from one platform to another (from Infor Vault/CMS to Ariba). I like how easy it was to get started using their product as well as getting any questions answered quickly once we were set-up properly. Not much at this point but if there's something better out there - let me know! Great people who work hard each day to make sure everything runs smoothly. It makes my life easier because our business can be so diverse sometimes when trying to find someone knowledgeable about all aspects involved within projects.
