The best thing about this product it's ease-of use for any level employee or even non technical personnel that needs access into sensitive information at anytime with out delay! It gives us all confidence knowing we can have instant feedback without having to wait days if not weeks between updates when using other products such as Xactimate/Insight etc..

I wish there was more options available within certain categories but overall easy enought process just get used tp it like everyone else does & you will love how efficient its become once your comfortable wthr system!!
