The seller has stated the Type 2 sling as double sided, very similar to the Type 1 sling but both sides are leather and not one side is leather but the other is canvas. In my confusion as to which side is which, I contacted the seller and they told me it was a disposable sling only. If I knew that, I could spend a few more dollars and get what I wanted the first time. I've already tried unsuccessfully because I'm obviously ruining any progress I've made on one side by trying to use the other. Avoid Type 2 unless you only want a one-sided strap. Update: After a few messages with the seller I think I have an idea of what they meant and how to use it. If possible I will return to change the rating and rating.
