This product does everything you need within an affordable package
I like that it is easy to use, has many features including video conferencing which helps with keeping in touch over long distances or time zones.
It makes collaboration easier by allowing multiple people from different offices around the world to be able to see what's going on at any given moment without having everyone come into one room together. There are still some things missing such as more advanced file sharing options for large files/attachments but overall this software works very well! We have been using true data share since we first started working remotely about 2 years ago now and so far there haven't really been problems of note other than needing larger space for our storage needs (which isn't much).
Pros
- The ease of use was something my team had trouble getting used too when they were moving here initially after being previously cooped up behind their desks all day every single workday..now instead just need access anywhere via computer OR mobile device AND internet connection then everything can happen seamlessly right where you want them done.not necessarily "at your desk" anymore!! :) Easy setup also helped us transition smoothly once coming out under new leadership
