Looks decent. I'm not a fan of the fact that the back has only a slight overlap to hold the phone in. In theory, the phone should stay in place when pressed against your hand. The touchscreen works well but still feels plasticky. The strap is easily adjustable. However, I didn't have to return it because of the product itself. The product seems good if you look for it. It's just that my hand is pretty thin and it was just uncomfortable holding a large iPhone 11 Pro Max while doing anything.
