So far so good for my opinion
These work well for my intent. I got these to use with a pitmaster IQ130 since their replacement probes were 3 times the cost. These showed the same temperature as theirs when I tested them side by side. The temperature is off from my thermoworks thermapen, but I attribute that to my controller and not necessarily the probe. The probe itself is rather thick so it’s difficult to use with some cuts like ribs, but overall they do the job.
- These work great with my Pit Boss 850. I have had no issues and they seem to be accurate.
- May not fit properly in certain grill models
