Very disappointing best coffee maker

I bought this coffee maker in September but didn't use it until December when our kitchen was ready. Brewing coffee has always taken a little longer than most coffee makers. It's April now and it takes 55 minutes to craft a coffee maker. Tried to clean with vinegar and hunt. Nothing helps. It's getting worse!
