Poor quality balloons
Had to cut them open to fill with air. They were sealed underneath. They tore and tore very easily. Luckily I ordered two packs because I needed exactly five and three of them popped out while filling. The bottom half takes up more space than the top. So if you fill them with helium they will hang upside down. Very disappointing.
