Two days of phone calls to tech support, watching a few YouTube videos, fiddling with the user manual and I still can't get this thing to work. Yes it works with a printer cable but I bought it to print from my laptop anywhere in the office. Likewise, it prints using a direct Wi-Fi connection, but excludes the use of the internet when connected to the printer. When other reviews speak of "cumbersome menu controls" they mean cumbersome to the point of inoperability.
