The bag was well packaged with a thin dust cover. Some said the bow was not included. You may have overlooked it, wrapped up nicely in paper and hidden *inside* the package. The bag is the same as in the photo but I'm sending it back because: - the style wasn't as elegant as in the picture <for my taste>. With no loop, this is a pretty basic standard bag. It fits my 14 inch laptop but if you put other items in it as advertised then the side pockets on the bag are useless. Impossible to put anything inside - Interior isn't as spacious as we would like - Handles don't seem to be leather. I hope that the seller will solve this problem. The legs, structured design, and sturdy leather keep the bag from tipping over, but it was too stiff for my liking and contributed to the issue of not being able to use the outside pockets. I wanted to love this bag but it just doesn't suit me. I can't use it as a bag and laptop carrier. Like I said, it's leather. Few laptop cases at Revain feel like REAL leather.
