I had heard about this program in my interview with an HR at another organization that used it for their hiring process so there was no surprise when they mentioned its existence here as well. The best part? They offered me something similar to what we were already doing - just different! There wasn't any additional training or anything like that required from us before using them since they did all the work. All you need are some basic skills/aptitudes which can easily be found online if needed. It's worth taking advantage of these programs because while there may be many more applicants than openings available, those candidates will also probably cost much less money compared to recruiting agencies. This system helped fill our needs by allowing us to find people qualified enough to join our team without having to spend time searching through resumes and interviews ourselves.
