Bought these for my 2 year old son who wears size 7 toddler shoes. They fit him well, but you have to consider the type of socks your little one will be wearing. By the time we hit the snow we knew it would be a one time use as his sock was right up against the boot when we put his snow socks on. I would suggest going 1.5-2 sizes up if you wear thicker socks and if your toddler outgrows the shoes in a few months lol. In general, his feet stayed warm and dry, and he was able to walk in them perfectly too.
