Pants of excellent quality and very practical. I use them every day at work. I work in a freezer and wear these and thin adidas jogging pants underneath and I'm never cold and for stretch I'll rate them a 6 out of 10. But if they change the stitch pattern and make the pants more like a fitted design with a smaller ankle width, they would be 10 out of 10! Overall great pants
