So I'm a big fan of stationery. I love good heavy paper that doesn't bleed, nice buttery soft color compared to bright white, I have marker and pen sets for different projects and color matching. I confess that I am a snob in this regard. I bought these notebooks to use as a daily to-do list as well as a regular notepad for jotting down phone numbers, reminders, etc. I'm not an artist at all, so I can't speak. on their quality for this purpose. I'm in love with these pads for my purposes! They don't bleed, even with a regular Sharpie tip, all types of pens work well - ballpoint pens, gel pens, fancy expensive pens, even regular Cheepo pens just glide across the surface. I like that each page is perforated so I can get a nice clean edge if needed. All in all, this obsessive, overly critical snob highly recommends these notebooks!
