Part failed after 13 months. 30 month warranty, terrible service. We are in the boat repair business and the guy refused to accept returns until he spoke to the technician (the technician was fired from another job) only to argue with him and say that not all parts are made that way (? ) and some may work and some may not (?). We reordered this part before the warranty claim and with the new part the boat works fine (for now). The defective part only lasted 13 months and initially worked perfectly when installed. The rest of the boat is fine. part failed. Don't offer a guarantee if you don't stick with your product.
