This is a fun remote control car. It has been played daily for over a week now and is holding up well. It takes 5-6 hours to charge the battery and lasts about 45 minutes of continuous gaming. My 7 year old can charge it by himself. . It took a few tries to figure it out, but the kit includes a screwdriver and extra screws in case some get lost. It is difficult at first to install the battery because of the wire getting in the way. I would recommend it for children between 6 and 10 years old. The way the car can transform from a car to a platform allows it to drive over many surfaces without getting stuck.
