When I took it out of the box for the first time, I was a little worried because it smelled strongly of synthetics, but after 30 minutes the smell was gone. It's very comfortable and feels really cooler than my regular pillow. Love it! Just the right size. Although advertised for young children, it is perfect for adults who prefer a smaller pillow. Highly recommended!
