This thing will survive admiration

I'm a 5ft 4in tall, average height female and I assembled and installed this thing myself in a reasonable amount of time. Here's my advice. If you're installing it directly into the studs, you'll need to buy a 7/32" wood drill bit that can drill 2.5" (can drill 3", to be honest). Another thing I can't stress enough is that you must have a ratchet wrench handy. When I started the installation I figured I would use some screws that go straight into the studs. no After drilling the 7/32" x 2.5" pilot holes, you will need to insert/screw heavy bolts into the holes indicated; Some words of choice were DEFINITELY used when just using a standard adjustable wrench. I would have saved a lot of time, energy, and frustration using the tools recommended in the guide. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, it's so sturdy I'm sure it will survive not just the next indulgence but every subsequent indulgence. If you're looking for a solid TV mount that gets the job done, look no further.
