Well in this case it's at least a little less than the big brands in grocery stores. However, they are not designed to pick up heavy debris such as large branches from the yard or piles of heavy objects. But these bags make a great liner for a large trash can that you can leave in the garage. I put one of those trash cans right in front of the garage door, and when I come across large items that I need to throw out, I put them in there so they don't even take a quarter of an hour.
