Review on Talent Function by Michael Hughes

I like that there are always multiple options when hiring through talent function! There's never one right answer for every situation which is great because no two candidates will be exactly alike so finding someone you feel comfortable working closely/directly w them can sometimes take some time but as soon as they get hired everything works out perfectly!! If anything could improve this service its their ability of being able too find people at all levels within an organization quickly (not just junior). They have helped me hire several times now in various positions including technical leadership roles where my previous agency didn't give us much guidance or experience to work off from other than "hire senior level".
