I've been using this camera for zoom for a couple of weeks now. Everything is good except for the lack of white point processing. Neither automatic nor manual zoom controls or filters can produce good skin tones, and I always end up with a spooky face, whether in daylight or artificial light. Since I don't use a camera for glamor dates, it shouldn't matter much. But it's kind of weird that my face is the only one that glows so brightly in the zoom reticle. A few days later >>> Now I'm upgrading it to a star. I compared it to the AverMedia 313 webcam I just bought from Costco. AverMedia also gave me a blurry look, but not as much. It turned out that the reason for this was the white light from my monitor. I switched the monitor to night mode and both cameras are much better. To be honest I'm tempted to return the AverMedia camera now as its base only allows the camera to pan left/right, but this Esthepro has a wider range of adjustment. It also has a double-folding base to provide a more secure feel when you place it on a monitor.
