First word: POWERFUL BASS (okay, that's two) Second word: NO distortion at max volume (okay, that's five, I can't count). I have my fair share of Bluetooth speakers. Some of them were good, some were great, and many were lousy. But NONE of them have the bass performance of this beast. Made a short video comparing my ZENBRE BT speaker (not bad by any means, actually the best I've had) to this one. difference between day and night. THIS IS THE BEST BT SPEAKER I EVER HAVE. Just listen to the video and play around with decent speakers so you can hear the bass. Your laptop speakers don't deliver the right bass, forget about cell phone playback - you'll hardly hear the difference. Use a friend's desktop computer with good speakers and you'll agree that there's little difference between day and night. In addition, aesthetically it is the best I have ever had. The connection is perfect. The device has 3 different DSP (Digital Sound Processing) settings: 1: more bass, some mids, some treble 2: good balance of bass and treble, but the mids are too compact 3: no bass, mainly mids and treble. I use the DSP 2 setting as my favorite. Cons: It doesn't remember your settings, so you'll have to adjust the DSP setting every time you turn it on. Just a small minus. Fulfillment by Revain so delivery was quick - received it the next day after ordering. Comes in a very nice presentation box, well packaged and complete with English instructions, 3.5mm audio cable. and power cord. The hardware on the top is velvety smooth and clearly hydrophobic. The water just rolls up and rolls off; see image. Front and rear grilles are made of metal. The battery has a whopping 8000 mAh. Claimed 10 hour lifespan but I haven't verified it. Connectivity is USB-C, they provide a cable (but no charger. That's fine, we all have tons of rocks, right?) I only have one speaker so I can't test pairing two so you can put it in home theater settings . I can imagine watching movies in the backyard in the summer would be great. I haven't tried the TF music playback function, I stream my music. The microphone works great when making calls. However, the entire area will listen to your call. Conclusion: great speaker, great performance, great sound. Not nearly as good as my stereo system, but my stereo system with floor-standing speakers and active subwoofer costs 30 times as much. I love this thing, it will be my favorite machine for car wash, outdoor activities and sports.
