I bought it in September and until March it worked very well. It died and as it had a 1 year warranty I contacted the manufacturer who apologized and quickly sent a new one. Received it in a few days. Used this and it worked great for a month when the replacement just died in the middle of a meeting. I've hooked it up to a few computers and it just doesn't do anything. The light is still on, the mute button is toggled, but there is no sound. I would recommend this if they could improve reliability, but now I'm stuck without a mic for a while. I'm sure they'll replace it again if I ask, but I just want something that works.
