Since I got the new Macbook Air I've been having trouble connecting all the devices and I use two USB-C adapters, one for an HDMI monitor and the other for the USB device. With this USB-C dongle, I can do everything with just one dongle and don't have to worry about connecting two dongles. With a dongle I connected all the devices to my laptop including my monitor and I can easily turn it on and off when I need to carry my laptop around. It's well made and I haven't had any problems so far. I would recommend it. The price is right and it works as it should.
