The strap on one shoe had a broken strap or connector so when trying on the shoes it broke as soon as I took them out of the box. They also don't ship it with anything in the shoes so they were warped and bent on arrival. They still fit well but I had to remove the straps as one of them broke. They can still be used, just like strapless shoes. They look cool and still work; but i want to get what i paid for and not something half broken that i would have to modify myself immediately.
