Review on ☕️ Cuisinart Stainless Steel Thermal Carafe in Black - DTC-975TC12BSS by Chris Smotherman

Today, January 25, 2016, I lifted the pot by the handle to clean it, and the entire lid, including the rubber ring insert, fell apart. I am very dissatisfied with it. Before that I had the same pot that came with my Cuisinart coffee maker for 8 years and never had a problem other than it not keeping the coffee hot enough but after 8 years of use I expected that. I hope I can send this product back to you and get another one free and with postage as I think this pot was probably defective. We are careless with our belongings.
