I've been using this phone case for a while now. I had an iPhone 6+, now I have an iPhone 8+. I used to buy a case, use it until the plastic case the phone snapped into cracked enough to worry, and buy a new one. No problem, they are not very expensive. But each time I got something from a different brand. This time I notice pleasant differences. The case that the phone snaps into is not a hard, brittle plastic. Feels like hard rubber although it may be plastic. Don't worry, the thing is, it's flexible enough not to break. It won't break either, because instead of a large cutout on the side for the volume buttons, they're under a suitably shaped cover with push buttons. It's a bit stiffer than pressing the ridges directly, but it's easy to get used to. The same goes for the power button on the other edge of the phone. I took the phone out of the case and put it back in with no problems and the feeling that the case will tear. It's much better than the previous ones I've had. The card slots are handy for credit cards if you plan to use them that way, and there's a bill compartment behind them. I still use a wallet, but I use it to hold non-financial cards like doctor's business cards, etc. Overall, this is a well-made version of a great device for those who use their phone the same way I do.
