Ever since I switched to a smartphone and LED lights, I've had vision problems due to blue light damage. I put my phone in 'comfort mode' and it helped a lot, but the LED bulbs on 'warmest' mode still left me with 'torch blindness'. with time. These lamps have no blue light. They aren't very bright so they can probably be used as night lights. You may need to double them for reading. The usual yellow "bugs" on my porch look green in comparison.
