UPDATE: I literally just wrote this review after screwing in my last bulb from this pack of four, submitting the review, turning on the new bulb, it gave a momentary light and the crackling noise signaled its instant death. . Four down, zero left, and the last one literally lasted a split second. I think now is the time to search and buy the best bright candelabra led solution. I really hope someone makes a version that isn't mega junk or I'll just have to make my own. walk. These lamps are garbage. Typical failure result = rhythmic blackout. Typical reason for rejection. not sure but any burned or self-soldered LED chips could be to blame right? These things work HOT. If they really work, ie before they ignite themselves, they fade FAST. The lamp in those pictures with all the brown spots on the chips, melted sides of the chips, cracked chips with pieces missing and at least one of them completely exploded? I installed it four weeks ago which equates to maybe 80 hours of use to be very generous; really more like 20-40 hours. The two that ran poorly before both lasted longer, but not MUCH longer. I'm on the latter, if it dries up in a few weeks I'll definitely look for another solution. Pros: If you prefer lighting fixtures of very poor quality, you've come to the right page!
