I like this software because it allows me to manage my payroll in one place instead of having to keep track of multiple pay periods. This makes paying employees much easier! Also, you can see all your employee's information at once so there isn't any confusion when trying to find someone who has been hired recently or not. Nothing really. Sometimes it takes awhile before new hires are added but other than that everything works great. If you're looking for a simple way to organize and efficiently run payroll then definitely look into using worklio. As far as benefits go, we have never had issues with them. Our insurance provider handles our benefits which means no problems here either.
