DO NOT BUY!: Litter & Housebreaking

I bought an older version that worked great so I figured why not buy another. So, I saw the "new and improved model", what a joke, it worked for a maximum of 3 weeks. Now when I try to return it or replace it with an older model that works great, I can't find ANY information on how to contact the seller. If anyone has such information please send me. It's a waste of money
