I love the backpack. The charging port seems a little loose, you'll need to fix it from time to time, but that's not a big problem. The bag is very stylish. I wouldn't recommend them for people who travel and need a lot of space or bags It's more for students. It can hold about 3 medium sized textbooks and inside there is room for a small/medium laptop or an iPad. The side pockets aren't that deep and neither is the bottom part of the zipper (for the bottom zipper, the part that can hold lip balm or some pencils/pens. I would recommend this bag for high schoolers rather than college unless You have a heavy learning load. It doesn't come with a battery pack. You need to buy your own. This bag only has an external battery connector and an external connector for charging devices externally outside the backpack. Again, I got a few compliments, it is very stylish. I will buy it again for my niece who is in high school, it will suit her. Happy shopping !
