Love how this looks in my car. Its oblique cuts give it a factory look. The adhesive is strong, but as with anything you stick on, you MUST clean the contact area with rubbing alcohol. The adhesive on mine was a bit off center so after installing it I took a utility knife and pressed down on the white adhesive so that it was no longer visible. It worked great and only took 5 minutes.
