I like it but. suitable for wedding rings

I like this ring. That's great. My husband and I chose this for myself as a 5th wedding anniversary gift. I've only had him for a few months. Three stones fell out and the heart broke. Work with the seller now to find a solution. Otherwise great, came as expected and arrived safely. I hope, we find a solution!
