I have been interested in this EMR pen for a long time. Over the last 5-10 years I have tried all types of pens including various EMR pens. My favorite that I identified was the HP zBook X2 EMR Pen, with two pencil-like EMR pens, the Dell EMR Pen and the Staedtler Noris Digital in second place. It was very similar to the HP pen and as I was arguing between the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook (which uses the EMR pen technology) and the Acer Chromebook Spin 713 (which uses the new USI pen technology) I finally decided to give this pen a go order. with some USI pens to try out. The tips of this pen are exactly the same as the HP pen, Dell and Staedtler pen and all Samsung S pens. It works just as well as other EMR pens and feels just as smooth and fluid when writing. In terms of comfort, I found it very similar to the HP zBook EMR pen. The plastic used to make the grip bodies and the rubber used to make the grips felt the same. However, I'm used to the longer stylus length of the HP zBook EMR, so I found the HP stylus to be a bit more comfortable than this Wacom stylus. Also, there is an eraser on the end of the HP zBook EMR pen, which I don't usually use as I can just press the eraser button in apps without flipping the pen. HP pen function. So overall I have a slight preference for the HP stylus, especially since I ended up going with an Acer device (although the USI writing wasn't as comfortable as the EMR, it wasn't a huge downgrade for most note-taking I do with computer pens (but Acer outperformed the Galaxy Chromebook in a few other areas), I ended up returning this stylus. However, if you have an EMR device (like one of the Samsung S Pen devices), this stylus at only $30 is a solid choice for a more pen-like experience. Especially since I bought my HP zBook EMR pen for about $30 and at that price would definitely prefer the HP pen to this Wacom pen, I've seen the HP gradually become more difficult to find and to my original state to return. Price ($100) and above. Maybe I would prefer HP over this Wacom even if the HP was around $40-$50 but much more I don't think HP is worth the extra money especially considering how close this Wacom is. to. So if you're looking for a great, comfortable EMR pen my first recommendation would be the HP zBook EMR pen if you can find one for a reasonable price, but other than that this Wacom is a great price and very similar to the HP pen . in comfort and feeling.
