Stopped working after a day

We enjoyed the product for 1 day. After the last crash it kept flipping over by itself rendering the product unusable. I contacted the seller hoping for advice on a replacement part or suggestions for repairs. The seller wasn't very helpful until at the very end he offered advice on how to recalibrate it. However, this was after I was fired for buying the product months before the gift. The product has no visible damage, but it's clear that one fan blade has to spin slower than the others for it to keep tipping over and becoming unusable. So we're spending $25 for a day of fun. The kids loved it but I will look for another seller/brand next time.
