It's really easy to install and works as advertised but the reason I'm worried about writing a review is the 5 star customer service I got when I needed more extensions to get through to walk my kitchen window. The photo says 4 pins by 4 pins like most other kits but what I got was 7 pins by 7 pins. Everything worked fine, I just couldn't find 7 pin extensions anywhere on the internet so I called support and left a message. Within 2 hours I had several live phone calls with a guy (on a Chinese international number) who wanted to make sure I had what I needed. He sent me all the extensions I needed with what appeared to be proprietary fittings and as I said installation was easy after that.
