Review on Ruckus Noise-Reducing Earplug Earbuds: OSHA Compliant In-Ear Headphones for Enhanced Isolation by Nigel Cohen

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good earbuds for work

Bought these earbuds so I can listen to music while mowing. It was important to be able to mute the mower noise and hear the music clearly without having to turn on the music to drown out the mower noise. They achieve this and I'm happy with them, although I think they could use some improvement. I draw a line under my shirt to an MP3 player in my pocket. You will need a clip to attach the leash to your shirt as the leash will slide down and start pulling on the earbuds once they are in the ear. I love the plugs that come with it. These are not rounded in-ear headphones, but are pyramid-shaped with flanges that fit my ears better. However, due to the material they're made of, you'll need to moisten them in order for them to fit your ears better. One thing I noticed when I plugged in the audio was a bit low and I pulled them out a bit and turned up the volume. Apparently I overtightened them. I also like that they come with a small zippered pouch that doesn't take up much space on my desk so they're easy to get to. It takes me 3 or 4 hours to finish mowing and they are comfortable for that time. In general I am satisfied. I gave them a 4 and was able to easily move up to a 5 with the slight improvement mentioned above.
