The first pair I bought were defective and had a very high pitched sound that hurt my ears. After I gave a bad review and complaint, the company contacted me and fixed everything. I got a spare pair and they really are a lot better. After that has been said. The customer service alone was enough to raise the rating from the 1 star I gave it. I just wish there were more companies with their dedication and commitment.

Arrived on time yesterday. Used for the first time today. I was very impressed. The sound quality was actually very good when plugged in properly. Like earplugs, they should go as far into the ear as possible. It works best if you wet the rubber tabs of the earplugs, then they slide without much resistance. Works very well in harsh industrial environments. My cell phone was in my back pocket with a cord running down my back and there were plenty of them. The noise cancellation was excellent. I was excited to try them out in the field. Upon opening and inspecting they were fine, they looked good, the rubber was soft and felt like it would be comfortable.
