Works very well in harsh industrial environments. My cell phone was in my back pocket with a cord running down my back and there were plenty of them. The noise cancellation was excellent. No signs of wear after 2 days of use, I expect to be happy in the future with the quality I paid for. The sound quality doesn't compare to Bose headphones or Beats, I'm happy with that. EDITAfter 4 weeks of use (12 hours in industrial conditions) I am very happy with this product, bought a second one for a friend. I would recommend a zip tie around the 3.5mm jack for strain relief, see image. Edit: After months of working 12 hours a day, seven days a week, it's still working great. I would recommend a coupler around 3.5 jack
